Goals

It’s always good to set goals for yourself, whether long or short-term!

My overall goal is just to live a happier, healthier & fit lifestyle


September 2012: Rebuild, Reevaluate:

  • Find a fitness team & trainers to get my competition ready. 
  • Remove negative from my life; including those who make me negative. I can't be stressed & can't have negative people weigh me down. I need to do what will keep me grounded & healthy. (half way done)
  • Make an inspiration board.
  • Go back to the writing exercises I started in September 2011. (Helped me put things in order so I didn't feel so all over the place. Yes it's possible for a Gemini to do this.)
Body Composition! These are my starting stats I sent to my trainers :) Parker said my BMR is awesome for how small i am. ‘Your like a humming bird!’ & 68lb of muscle! Can’t wait to start!


October 2012: Let The Training Begin!:
  • Start my bikini competition training with AZ Pro Physique!!
  • No excuses or slipping up. My food plan that has been designed for me is clean & gluten free. So I will be bringing a cooler where ever I go from now on (Not just to work).
  • Stop over-analyzing & just live my life! Take chances! (This has caused many issues in my life & I need to break this nasty habit!)
  • Remove negative from my life; including those who make me negative. I can't be stressed & can't have negative people weigh me down. I need to do what will keep me grounded & healthy. 
  • Make an inspiration board.
  • Stay dedicated! It's always tough in the beginning. But remember YOU CAN DO THIS!
  • Don't forget to smile! (Well... it is my favorite)
